What materials are of these jewels?

Jewels are handmade in Italy with natural stones, Silver 925 and Murano glass beads.

Are they mounted on a frame??

No, they are hand made, with a combination of several unique and innovative techniques of threading.

What are the small coloured metal spheres?
(spheres are present in all Ziio models)

They are small blown glass beads that are made in Murano. They are typical of Venice, and their unique colour is obtained thanks to the gold leaf that is mixed with the pasta of glass. These small beads are used to create “the soul of the jewel” in fact they characterize the entire Ziio production.

What are the silver parts?

The silver elements may vary depending on the models. All buttons, cufflinks and earrings have closures in Silver 925, and you can read it behind the punch and they are guaranteed  Made in Italy.

Can these jewels give allergies?

All materials used are nickel free and the stones are natural.

Of which material is made the wire that tides jewellery together?

This is a coated stainless steel wire. This allows it to be flexible, robust, secure and also more resistant to oxidation.  A silver wire cannot be used, as it would be very fragile and less flexible.

Can you repair my ZIIO jewel?

We did not wait for sustainable development to be a topical issue. We have always been committed to sustainable environmental management.
Our return rate is really low. However, we take pride in repairing the jewellery we produce. They are designed to last over time.
And what a pleasure it is to give new life to jewellery acquired by our customers, sometimes more than 20 years ago.

Why do some stones appear irregular, or have differences even if the same colour?

Ziio does not use synthetic materials, but only natural stones, which can have the differences between them. Each jewel is made entirely by hand, so each model is unique.

How do I get a bracelet with a right size for my wrist?

All Ziio bracelets have as closure a button which is structured like  a cufflink. This cufflink is removable and can be repositioned to fit your wrist.

How do I do if the necklace is too long or too short?

The necklaces Ziio also have the ability to be adjusted. Simply slide the button into the hole and then re-insert the button in one of the “notches” available. In this way the necklace can be shortened. In order to lengthen the necklace instead, we created a small addition to the applicable closing series that gives the possibility to have two more different lengths.

How do I take care of my Ziio jewellery?

To increase the longevity of your jewellery you just need to follow a few simple rules.

Exactly like the human body a jewel reacts to its surrounding environment.

The silver that composes the jewel may oxidize or damage when in contact with moisture, carbon monoxide, air, perspiration, perfumes or cosmetic products (creams, oils, etc., …). We highly recommend that you avoid exposing your jewellery to liquids or detergents of any kind.

Also remember not to wear your jewellery when sleeping, while engaging in sport activities or during spa treatments.

Lastly, use a suitable container to store your jewellery carefully, preferably evenly spread out to avoid wrinkling and cracking.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

After payment confirmation, and depending on destination, you will receive your parcel within 24 to 72 hours.

Ziio cannot be held responsible for customs clearance times.

What is the warranty level? 

All our jewellery is guaranteed for 2 years.

This warranty does not apply to damages caused by accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, to factors not pertaining to material or workmanship defects, or in the absence of a valid proof of purchase.

For all warranty issues your jewellery item will be examined and in the case of faulty manufacturing, will be replaced by a product of the same model, or a similar model of equal value, based on the purchase price.

We have a 14 day return/replacement policy, if you are unhappy with your product or your product is defective within 14 days original purchase date, please contact customercare@ziio.eu for a return authorization (RMA). When contacting Customer Service, please be sure to include the following:

The product you wish to return with a copy of his warranty
Reason for return (Please specify)
If the product has been opened
Would you prefer a refund or an exchange (we cannot guarantee availability)
