Site Policies – Online Products and images:
JEWELS-ZIIO.COM declines any responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a Client’s computer or malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.
Images on JEWELS-ZIIO.COM belong to ZIIO SRL and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of ZIIO SRL is forbidden.

It is possible that Designer may make changes during the production phase or decide not to produce an item.
In the event there is a change to a Pre-Order item or an item does not arrive from the Designer, JEWELS-ZIIO.COM will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed with shipment or cancel the order for a refund.

Site Policies – Products Availability:
Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size.
Once an order request has been received, JEWELS-ZIIO.COM reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise.
Clients will be informed if, for any reason, the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.

ZIIO SRL reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
Once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
ZIIO SRL reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

Commercial Policies – Shipment information – Shipment & Fees
JEWELS-ZIIO.COM. ships worldwide using UPS, DHL or FEDEX, GLS, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

AVAILABLE ITEMS:
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
JEWELS-ZIIO.COM cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of JEWELS-ZIIO.COM.

Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following Italian holidays:
January 1 – January 6 – Easter and Easter Monday – April 25 – May 1 – June 2 – August 15 – November 1 – December 8 – December 25 – December 26

Commercial Policies – Shipment information – Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact JEWELS-ZIIO.COM at customercare@ziio.eu
When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.
If the package or the items are damaged or if  an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by JEWELS-ZIIO.COM within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the JEWELS-ZIIO.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement

Entering this website the User and ZIIO SRL agree that the laws and the regulations of the Italian State will enforce any questions pertinent to the use of the website.
ZIIO SRL does not guarantee in any way that materials present on the website are in accordance with current regulations of other countries, and the access to those materials from places where the relative contents are illegal is expressly prohibited. Users who choose to enter this website from said locations do so at their own risk and are solely responsible to respect relative local laws.

ZIIO SRL publishes information on its website JEWELS-ZIIO.COM to provide a service to Users, but declines any responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors. Once notified, ZIIO SRL will execute an immediate correction.
ZIIO SRL also reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the website when necessary without giving prior notice.
ZIIO SRL does not offer any guaranty that the information published on its own website, is in conformity with the laws of the User’s competent jurisdiction.

However, ZIIO SRL declines any responsibility from eventual problems, damages, viruses or risks that the User may incur during the misuse of the website and declines any responsibility from eventual faulty operations of the website due to the deactivation of “cookies” in the User’s browser.

Post Sales Assistance – Guarantee:

JEWELS-ZIIO.COM shall be liable to the Client for any lack of conformity which arises within two years of the goods delivery.
For the purpose of this directive, goods are presumed to be in conformity with the contract if they, where applicable, comply with the following conditions: a) are fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used; b) comply with the description given by JEWELS-ZIIO.COM and possess the qualities of the goods which JEWELS-ZIIO.COM has held out to the consumer as a sample or model; c) show the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type and which the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the goods and taking into account any public statements on the specific characteristics of the goods made about them by JEWELS-ZIIO.COM, the producer or the producer’s representative, particularly in advertising or on labelling; d) are fit for any particular purpose for which the consumer requires them and which the consumer made known to JEWELS-ZIIO.COM at the time of conclusion of the contract and which JEWELS-ZIIO.COM has accepted through implication.
The Client loses all benefits of their rights if they do not inform JEWELS-ZIIO.COM of the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the date on which they detected such lack of conformity. It is not necessary to inform JEWELS-ZIIO.COM if the lack of conformity was acknowledged or concealed by JEWELS-ZIIO.COM.
In any case, unless proved otherwise, any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within six months of delivery of the goods shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.
In the case of a lack of conformity, the Client may request, alternatively and without charge, under the conditions below, a repair or replacement of the purchased goods, a reduction of the purchase price or the contract rescinded, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or considered disproportionate for JEWELS-ZIIO.COM in accordance with Article 130, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code.
The request must be submitted in writing to JEWELS-ZIIO.COM at the email address customercare@ziio.eu, from which a written response will be given within 5 (five) business days. In the shortest amount of time possible, it will be communicated if the request can be processed or an explanation for why it cannot be. In the communication, where JEWELS-ZIIO.COM has accepted the request from the Client, it must be stated the method of shipment or return of the goods, as well as the deadline for the return or replacement of the non-conform goods.
Whenever the repair or the replacement of the goods is impossible or disproportionate, or JEWELS-ZIIO.COM did not provide the repair or replacement of the good within the previously mentioned deadline or, finally, the repair or replacement caused notable inconvenience to the Client, the Client may request at their choice, a reduction of the purchase price or the contract rescinded. In this case, the Client must send their request to JEWELS-ZIIO.COM, who will respond within 5 (five) business days with their intention to process the request or an explanation for why it cannot be processed.
In the communication, where JEWELS-ZIIO.COM has accepted the request from the Client, it must be stated the price reduction or the return method of the non-conform goods.

Return Policy
In a first time, customer may to take contact with our office, writing to customercare@ziio.eu.
The return shipment is at the customer’s expense if there is no defect found on the product(s) delivered. In case of defect, the return will be charged to JEWELS-ZIIO.COM.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order’s delivery date.
