RETURNS & EXCHANGES

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS – ITALY

If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with their order, they may exercise their right of withdrawal and return the item(s) within 28 (twenty-eight) days from the delivery date.
The customer may choose between a refund or a store credit.

The right to return or exchange will only be accepted if all the GENERAL CONDITIONS below are met.


RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Returns are FREE if made using the carrier provided by ZIIO SRL.

  • If another carrier is used, all related costs will be borne by the customer, and ZIIO SRL will not be liable for lost or damaged items.

  • Using another carrier, the customer is also responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.

  • Items must be shipped back within 28 days from delivery.


STORE CREDIT

Once the return has been received and processed by ZIIO SRL, the customer may receive a store credit code equal to the value of the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees will be included only if all purchased items are returned.

  • Store credit must be used:

    • Within 3 months from the return date

    • In one order only (cannot be split)

    • On a purchase equal to or greater than the credit value

    • Cannot be combined with other credits


REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed after the return is received and approved.

  • Credit Card Purchases: refund available within ~10 days, appearing on the next statement (timing may vary by bank).

  • PayPal, Klarna, Bank Transfer: refunded to the original account.

  • Third-Party Payments: refunds will be issued to the original payer. For bank transfers, the account holder must provide: name, address, postal code, city, province, and country.

  • Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Exchange rate fluctuations are not refundable.

  • Original shipping fees will only be refunded if all purchased items are returned.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Items must be returned in the original Ziio SRL box and packaging.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Jewelry must not have been worn, altered, or show any signs of use.

– Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact customercare@ziio.eu immediately.

  • ZIIO SRL may request photographic proof before authorizing a return.

  • If approved, return shipping costs will be covered by ZIIO SRL.

  • Items must be returned with all accessories, components, and instructions, packaged as received.


NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS

  • ZIIO SRL reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not comply with these conditions.

  • In such cases, goods will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

  • If a non-compliant return is exceptionally accepted, 10% administrative/storage fees will be deducted.


EXCLUSIONS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized goods or items clearly personalized at the customer’s request

  • Special Orders expressly produced by ZIIO SRL for the customer

A non-exhaustive list of items not eligible for return applies.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • ZIIO SRL may, at its discretion, accept return requests even for non-eligible items if deemed appropriate.

  • Frequent non-compliant returns will be flagged. ZIIO SRL may close accounts or refuse orders from customers who repeatedly violate these conditions.

  • For matters not specifically mentioned, please refer to the European Regulation on Distance Selling.


Note: In the event of inconsistency or interpretation differences between the English version and any other language version of this document, the English version shall prevail.
